WritSpark is a product/trading name of CHIMISMART LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16995660. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

These Terms apply to your use of the WritSpark website, checkout pages, AI-assisted writing tools, account access, support, and related services.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy or use WritSpark. By using the Services, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have authority to accept these Terms for yourself or the organisation you represent.

WritSpark provides AI-assisted tools that help users draft, review, and adapt marketing copy such as ads, emails, landing page text, and blog content. AI output is a starting point and must be reviewed by a human before publication.

After a paid Stripe Checkout purchase, access instructions are sent to the email address used at checkout or otherwise provided during support onboarding.

The listed paid plans are one-time purchases unless a checkout page or written agreement clearly says otherwise. They do not renew automatically.

The pricing page states the access period, generated-word allowance, and user seats included with each listed plan. Unused words do not roll over after the access period ends unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Prices are shown in GBP on the pricing page and on Stripe Checkout before payment. Stripe processes payments. WritSpark does not collect or store full card details.

If we later offer recurring subscriptions, the checkout page will state the billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method before payment.

Because the listed plans are one-time purchases, there is no automatic renewal to cancel. You can stop using the service at any time.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, including any statutory consumer rights that apply in the UK or EU.

You must not use WritSpark to create, request, upload, or distribute illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content.

You must not use WritSpark for adult or sexually explicit content, including AI-generated adult content; fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive marketing; deepfakes or synthetic media intended to mislead; hate, harassment, threats, or exploitation; regulated claims that you are not legally permitted to make; malware, credential theft, or attempts to bypass security; or content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

You are responsible for checking that your inputs and outputs are lawful, accurate, and suitable for your intended use.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or similar to existing material. WritSpark does not guarantee factual accuracy, legal compliance, search ranking, revenue, engagement, conversion rate, or any specific business result.

You must review, edit, and approve all AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it.

You keep ownership of content you upload and outputs generated for you, subject to any third-party rights and applicable law. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your content to provide, maintain, secure, and support the Services.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for any content, brand materials, personal data, or confidential information you submit.

The WritSpark website, software, interface, brand, templates, documentation, and underlying technology belong to CHIMISMART LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse them except as allowed by law.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services. If a change materially affects paid access you already bought, we will try to provide reasonable notice or a fair alternative where practical.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WritSpark is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, or business interruption. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid to us for the relevant plan in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date when we do. Material changes will be notified by email or website notice where reasonably practical.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you mandatory rights to bring claims elsewhere.
